Whether it's attending our neighborhood association meetings or events, that is you volunteering your time to help bring our community together. If you can take it one or two steps further, join a committee or lead one!  Committee suggestions are always welcome!

Committees
Land Use
A committee of volunteers that focuses on how to address issues related to land use and development within the community.
Safety
​A committee of block captains and volunteers to institute and maintain a program of security awareness for the Sylvan Hills neighborhood.​
Beautification
​​A committee of volunteers promoting the aesthetics, functionality, and cleanliness of the Sylvan Hills neighborhood.
Social
A committee focused on bringing neighbors together through community events
Bylaws
A committee of volunteers that annually review the accuracy and relevance of the SHNA Bylaws.
Audit
​A committee consisting of three non-office holding association members shall conduct an annual audit of the SHNA bank account corresponding to the fiscal year, July 1 through June 30.

Each January, we look for committed neighbors to apply or be nominated to be officers for the following year.
